40mm core orders placed before 1pm on business days are dispatched the same day. 76mm core orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same day. For 25mm core orders we confirm the dispatch date with your invoice.
Free delivery to UK mainland addresses on all orders. 40mm core orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.
Orders to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and the Channel Islands are subject to an additional delivery charge. Carriage to these areas costs significantly more and is not included in our standard pricing.
You have 30 days from receipt to return unused products in their original packaging.

Opened thermal label rolls cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.
Large bulk orders may require additional processing time. All lead times are agreed with you before purchase, and we'll confirm your dispatch date in writing.
